This is a great opportunity for a hard worker who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants steady, full-time hours in a fast-paced production environment.If you're someone who shows up on time, follows directions well, and is ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production, assembly, or packaging tasks according to company procedures and quality standards
- Operate, monitor, or assist with machinery and equipment as trained and assigned
- Inspect products for defects and report quality issues to a supervisor or lead
- Accurately count, label, sort, and package finished goods
- Load and unload materials, products, or supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
- Meet individual and team production goals
- Accurately complete required production logs or paperwork
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting preferred, not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Positive and dependable
