- Lead and support production employees during daily operations
- Coordinate workflow to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
- Train and mentor new team members
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance
- Promote a positive and safety-focused work environment
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams
- Track production metrics including efficiency, downtime, and output
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation
- Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading teams in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Positive and dependable
