- Perform daily production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards
- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment safely
- Meet daily production goals for output, speed, and quality
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
- Accurately record production data and complete required paperwork
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to the shift lead or supervisor
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules
- Support additional production tasks and cross-train across the line as needed
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for a full shift
- Basic math and reading skills for tracking counts and following instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
