Job Title: Picker / Customer Pickup Specialist
Location: Knightdale, NC
Department: Warehouse Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Picker / Customer Pickup Specialist to join the warehouse operations team in
Knightdale, NC. This dual-role position combines customer service with order fulfillment,
ensuring accurate picking, preparation, and coordination of customer pickups while maintaining
inventory accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule customer pickups; provide clear communication and
documentation.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service during pickups, resolving issues
promptly.
• Accurately pick and prepare cabinets and related products based on packing slips.
• Inspect, pack, and label items securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stock audits, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Support additional warehouse tasks such as stock rotation and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing,
walking, bending).
• Team player with problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Forklift certification preferred, not required.
