Job Title: Senior Account Manager
OTE: $110,000 - $135,000+
Location: Suwanee, GA
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time
Job Overview:
The Senior Account Manager’s role is a client development role responsible for growing and supporting Primero’s commercial (B2B) client base in Northeast GA. This role involves developing new client relationships and implementing new client accounts. This senior role is centered on developing and fostering new client relationships via networking, association involvement, and direct-to-consumer interactions within the Northeast GA area. This is an individual contributor position to start and has the potential to grow into a regional manager role.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Account Manager role will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Lead all business development and account management activities.
- Champion the growth and development of Primero’s service business.
- Drive development of prospective client accounts and network & business alliances.
- Develop a comprehensive account plan for the purposes of connecting local network, community/county, and business relationships.
- Be the lead in the Northeast GA market for promulgating the Primero brand.
- Be visible in all channels to develop relationships, educate businesses, and establish a known presence in the market for the purposes of supporting supply chain organizations with workforce solutions.
- Utilize a consultative approach for initiating prospective client conversations with the expectation of moving interested parties to a formal service partnership with Primero.
- Leverage your professional network and industry association connections as appropriate to support your lead referrals and business development efforts.
- Be accountable for capturing, tracking and reporting your results.
- Utilize your technical skills to leverage Primero’s tech stack and CRM.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with others at all levels within the organization.
- BA/BS required.
- A minimum of 5 years working in the services industry as a client-facing representative.
- Experienced utilizing business development and pursuit and capture methodology.
- Driven and self motivated with a high level of detail orientation.
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficient working with Google Apps and MS Office Suite of products.
- Travel requirement 30-50% [primarily related to the Northeast GA areas].
