Job Description
Client Solutions Executive is responsible for growing Primero’s commercial (B2B) client base in the Richmond, VA area by developing new client opportunities and securing new client accounts. Execute a lead generation plan in defined geography, a lead contact strategy, and relevant content and correspondence for effectively communicating the Primero Staffing value proposition. Provide a superior, positive client/prospect experience for all prospective and client acquisition accounts.  Assertively manage, protect and grow prospect and client relationships, and deliver client value through high touch service, introduction of workforce solutions, and consistently affirming Primero’s workforce culture to ensure the growth of company revenues and client retention.   
 
Primary Responsibilities:
The Client Solutions Executive will have the following primary responsibilities:
 
  • Drive development of prospective client accounts and log activity into the CRM
  • Develop a territory plan, sales call strategy and target list of prospects in assigned territory/geography for the purpose of contacting potential new business.
  • Communicate the Primero Staffing value proposition, services, and workforce solutions to each prospect to position and close new client accounts.
  • Acquire net new revenue from new clients within assigned territory to reach and exceed established sales goal/quota.
  • Work closely with internal team members and all other resources available to present and close new client accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to driving customer conversations with the expectation of moving through the buying cycle and developing a formal statement of work (SOW) and written proposal for the purposes of closing new business revenue.
  • Build and strengthen business relationships with your potential and existing customers for the purpose of promoting Primero Staffing services as well as increasing the potency of your network for referrals.
  • Leverage your professional network and industry association connections as appropriate to support your lead referrals and solution selling efforts.
  • Manage all size business relationships (small, medium, large) with a strategic mindset.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and future signed agreements on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis within Primero’s CRM.
  • Establish and maintain contact and effective communication at all levels of prospective accounts and leverage internal resources to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Partner with internal executive management, workforce team members, and sales management to support your solution selling opportunities. 
  • Drive for results and success by conveying the appropriate sense of urgency while driving issues to closure.
  • Proven ability to innately recognize mutual value opportunities ensuring customer value and revenue generation for Primero is aligned. 
  • Champion client workforce solution programs and drive initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and productivity.
 
 
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others at all levels within the organization.
  • Aptitude for understanding how light industrial workforce solutions solve customer operations and business issues.
  • Astute understanding of how to convey information clearly and provide a manpower financial analysis to help expedite client purchase decisions.
  • BA/BS required 
  • A minimum of 5 years working in the industrial services industry and/or working as a customer account manager or solution sales representative.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow c-level relationships to increase probability of success  
  • Excellent and broad analytical skills
  • Driven and self motivated with a high level of detail orientation
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Comfortable working with Google Apps and MS Office Suite of products 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high deliverable environment
  • Travel requirement 30-50% [travel related to your territory]
