Job Summary:
Primero Staffing is seeking a Cabinet Assembler for a leading Shaker Style cabinet distributor in Knightdale, NC. This company specializes in high-quality, ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets with fast nationwide shipping, serving multifamily projects, contractors, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly: Construct cabinets according to work orders and technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure high standards.
- Material Handling: Measure, cut, and prepare materials while following safety guidelines.
- Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders) to complete assembly.
- Hardware Installation: Attach hinges, handles, and other necessary components.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work with fellow assemblers to meet production goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in woodworking, cabinet making, or assembly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders).
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work orders
- Strong attention to detail & manual dexterity.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
